Before we build, we do the homework.
Every property is different, so we start by seeing yours. During your site visit, we assess the space, access, utilities, exposure, and everything else that goes into a properly built outdoor sauna. You don’t need to have any of it figured out, we’ll handle that part.
SitePlacement & foundation
We look at grade, available space, views, setbacks, and the best foundation approach to determine exactly where your sauna should live.
AccessGetting it built
Gates, slopes, landscaping, tight side yards, we plan how materials and equipment will reach the site before construction begins.

We determine what your heater and lighting will require, where power needs to run, and whether your existing electrical service has the capacity.

That depends on soil, slope, drainage and local requirements. We identify the right pad or foundation during site planning and coordinate the dimensions before construction.
A licensed electrician typically brings the required service to the agreed connection point. We provide heater specifications and coordinate the electrical requirements with your trade.
Requirements vary by property and municipality. We help define the sauna information your HOA or local authority may request, but approvals remain site-specific.
Absolutely. Proper insulation, a correctly sized heater and a weather-ready envelope are designed to reach and hold authentic sauna temperatures in cold conditions.
